    Our Emerging Engineers Program (EEP) gives graduates a clear, staged pathway from their first day to Chartership readiness. The programme blends real project work with structured learning across four stages:

    • EEP1 Building Foundations
    • EEP2 Applied Knowledge
    • EEP3 Readiness for Chartership.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, structure, layout concepts, and design elements within this wireframe remain the intellectual property of Spark Interact Pty Ltd until full payment is received. Approved wireframes become the property of the client upon project completion and final payment.

3. Scope of Review

This wireframe represents the structural blueprint of your website — page layout, content hierarchy, section order, and information architecture. It does not represent the final visual design, colours, typography, or brand treatment.

4. Feedback & Revisions

You are encouraged to leave comments on any section using the feedback tools provided. Structural changes after formal sign-off constitute a scope variation and may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.

5. Sign-Off

By completing the Sign Off process, you confirm you are authorised to approve the wireframe on behalf of your organisation, and that the page structure, content hierarchy, and navigation are approved as presented.

6. Limitation of Use

This portal and its contents are provided for client review purposes only. Any attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the wireframe system, tools, or methodology is strictly prohibited.

Information We Collect

When you use the feedback and comment features in this wireframe portal, we may collect your name and any information you voluntarily provide in comments. We do not collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal data through this portal.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected through this portal is used solely to facilitate communication between you and the Spark Interact project team. Comments and feedback are used to inform revisions to your wireframe and design.

Data Storage & Security

Comment data is stored securely on our servers. We implement reasonable security measures including SSL encryption. Access to your project portal is restricted to authorised Spark Interact team members and your designated contacts.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to external parties, except trusted service providers who assist in operating our systems and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Data Retention

Project data including comments and sign-off records is retained for a minimum of 12 months after project completion, after which it may be archived or deleted at our discretion.
