With a passion for the natural world, Eirian enjoys opportunities to contribute his skills to projects that address issues such as population growth and global warming, while creating sustainable and resilient built environments.

Emily is a specialist in built heritage conservation, with a technical focus on onsite inspection, diagnosis, and advice for conservation works. With over 15 years of construction experience, she brings strong practical expertise to the management of heritage buildings, with a particular strength in identifying issues and delivering effective, workable solutions.

Strategic and intuitive, Geoff Bills has over a decade of structural engineering design experience. His fast-tracked progression to Technical Director is due to his technical acumen to solve highly complex engineering problems and successfully collaborate with design partners. Geoff has been involved in a wide range of project sectors including retail, commercial, industrial, government and healthcare.

With 28 years of experience in the consulting engineering, Glen has a primary focus on Structural & Construction engineering. Through his expertise, Glen provides both design and practical solutions to complex engineering problems.

With more than 11 years of experience, Hannah is well-equipped with the technical knowledge to understand and tackle the challenges and opportunities that face our industry as we strive for Net Zero. Her personal approach and technical intelligence make her an exceptional team and project leader as she spearheads the Sustainability team at TTW, driving decarbonisation strategies across TTW and its client's.

Hung has over 20 years of experience in the design and documentation of building and infrastructure projects across Australia and internationally. Hung has played key roles in the engineering of landmark structures in Australia. His specialties include high-rise and long-span structures, lateral system and refurbishment projects.

Hung Nguyen has over 25 years’ experience in structural design and is highly sought after for his ability to transform complex architectural designs into a buildable reality. He leads projects across diverse sectors such as high rise residential, hotel, commercial, education, government and public buildings, retail and transportation sectors.

As the VIC Civil Manager, Jake is responsible for delivering major civil projects across Victoria. He is a creative engineer with a project-first, delivery-focused mindset, grounded in agility and collaboration. Jake consistently produces construction-ready outcomes and works closely with architects, landscape architects, and builders to ensure the project vision is realised without compromise.

With over 10 years’ experience in the Façade industry, Kathryn has worked across an extensive range of projects, from concept to construction, focusing on the areas of façade design and technical detailing. She has been involved in the management and facade design of several high-rise commercial and residential projects across Melbourne, as well as large-scale health, education and stadium projects.

Lachlan’s career in the consulting industry has seen him working directly with clients and builders to deliver a wide range of projects across multiple sectors. His strong technical skills and practical construction experience allow him to produce cost effective and efficient design solutions to engineering challenges as he strives to exceed client expectations.

Leah is a chartered structural engineer with 19 years of experience in the design and delivery of a wide range of projects across Australia and Southeast Asia, with a key focus on projects within Melbourne. Her broad range of projects across multiple sectors includes rail infrastructure, train stations, schools, research laboratories, community centres, stadiums, hospitals, university buildings, commercial developments, residential, student accommodation and urban works projects.

Lincoln is a Chartered Associate Director leading TTW’s Construction Engineering team, in Melbourne. Much of his experience is in the Construction Engineering sector, delivering temporary structures for some of Melbourne’s largest buildings and infrastructure projects. Lincoln has also worked in permanent works design, delivering residential and mixed-use high-rise structures.

Made Dendy is an Associate Director at TTW based in our Jakarta office and has over 30 years experience in the industry. Made has worked on projects across multiple sectors including Data Centres, Accommodation, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare and Hotels.

Manning is a chartered structural engineer with 15 years’ of experience working across Australia. Manning has experience across a variety of project sectors, including commercial, industrial, retail, education, and oil & gas processing.

Marco is a seasoned structural engineer, boasting ten years of experience in Australian engineering. His pragmatic approach to projects is marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence and a drive for continual improvement. Proficient in designing a variety of complex structures, Marco's expertise is evident in his ability to navigate challenges with practical solutions.

Mark is a highly motivated and ambitious structural engineer with 22 years experience working in Australia, New Zealand, Dubai and the UK. A respected engineer who brings challenge, rigour and collaboration to any project he tackles. Mark has a diverse portfolio of experience and is well versed in the design of reinforced, precast and post-tensioned concrete, steel and timber structures.

Martin is a dedicated engineer with a strong technical background. He has successfully led many complex projects with a personal and collaborative approach which provides real value to his clients. Having recently completed one of the most complex façade retention projects in the world; Shell House, Martin leads the rapidly growing Construction Engineering division at TTW.

Matt has over 27 years of experience in structural engineering, working in Melbourne, Darwin and London. He has honed his design skills working on commercial and residential high-rise towers which he has also applied to other large projects in the infrastructure, government and retail sectors. With his strong technical background, Matt revels in creating structurally efficient and buildable solutions for challenging projects.

Matthew has over 20 years' experience in structural engineering working across Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong on projects that spanned across regions including Australia, Hong Kong, UK and Dubai. Matthew as a project leader has accumulated extensive high rise and large-scale project experience construction cost from $50-800M.

Michael leads the Advanced Analysis Team at TTW, specialising in advanced computer modelling, in particular finite element analysis. Trained in Mechanical Engineering and a Chartered Professional Engineer, he has extensive experience in 3D modelling and analysis, vibration and structural dynamics, complex geometry, nonlinear material analysis, building frame and stability analysis, soil-structure interaction, analysis and design of concrete shell structures, and seismic analysis.

Experienced Principal Structural Engineer with a demonstrated history of structural design. Michael’s design experience includes commercial, multi residential, health, retail, education and government project. A proven track record of leading design teams and delivering innovative designs on time.

Mike joined TTW in 2015 after leading the Edinburgh office for the world-renowned engineering firm, Buro Happold. Mike’s folio reaches across different sectors in Australia, the UK and abroad with a significant focus on large, complex structures within healthcare, scientific and education sectors.

Natalie is an incredibly experienced & dedicated human resources generalist with over 15 years epereince. She is an individual who is very passionate about HR and enjoys working with the business to improve the performance and the enjoyment of the staff throughout their time at work.

Nicholas is an Associate Director in the Sydney office of TTW. He contributes strong structural engineering expertise in providing creative engineering solutions for a range of projects with a focus on education, commercial and residential projects and he has a specific strength in the engineering requirements of Adaptive Reuse and Refurbishment of existing structures.

Nishmin Hallam has been an integral structural engineer at TTW for 14 years, working nationally and in Bath (UK) at TTW’s partner office, Buro Happold. Her international design experience coupled with her innate leadership abilities has propelled Nishmin to her current position as Associate Director.

With over 22 years experience, Phil has specialist experience in the structural design of complex building structures with key interests in applying a whole of project approach with a focus on interdisciplinary design and high-quality documentation. Phil has varied experience from education to entertainment, prisons to public art, stadia to stations with projects across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

With 20 years of international and local experience, Rami has led and delivered iconic and mega-scale projects across Australia and the Middle East. Rami’s portfolio spans urban and infrastructure development projects, as well as architecturally challenging and high-performance facades in various sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, education, healthcare, transport, public, museums, and art galleries.

Richard’s technical aptitude paired with his leadership ability has enabled him to become a Technical Director at TTW. Richard leads a strong technical project team at TTW and always takes a holistic approach to his work, devising structural schemes that meet architectural requirements but are cost efficient and sustainable for the built environment.

Robert is a structural engineer with a passion for innovation and a commitment to safety. He brings over a decade of experience to every project, and his expertise spans a wide range of structures, from high-rise buildings to public infrastructure and beyond. He thrives on designing efficient, resilient, and sustainable solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic goals.

Rowan has established an extensive range of project experience across Australia over the last 18+ years, with a primary focus on multi-level residential & commercial buildings, large scale industrial facilities, retail and education / community developments. Rowan’s proactive and collaborative consulting approach appeals to clients, and he’s recognised for his strong technical ability and pragmatic design solutions.

Ryan has a proven record of successful delivery on large and technical projects of up to $900 million value for key clients in the challenging Sydney and London Markets. Ryan is proactive and collaborative in his approach to all tasks with an aim to produce holistic solutions for his clients.

Sam is a highly accomplished Structural Engineer with 19 years of professional experience in Australia and internationally. Recognised for a passion for engineering excellence and a commitment to delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions, Sam has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous landmark projects across diverse sectors. With specialised expertise in high-rise structures and post-tensioned design solutions, Sam combines technical proficiency with a strong focus on practical constructability.

Leading a designated team in Sydney, Associate Director Steffen Schuetze has more than 20 years of engineering experience. Strategic, pragmatic and highly efficient, Steffen has a firm understanding of integrated structural design across a host of sectors including; public buildings, defence, transportation, commercial, residential, education and overseas government projects.

Tania is a highly skilled structural engineer with over 10 years of experience working in both Australia and the USA in the management, analysis, and design of new and existing buildings. Tania has experience in many market sectors (commercial, education, defence, aged care, hospitality, sports, and infrastructure), and all phases of design and construction.

As a Structural Engineer in the Property and Buildings sector, Trent has experience working in both the Australian and the United Kingdom markets. Throughout Trent’s career, he has been involved in the concept, schematic, detailed design and construction phases of various steel, masonry, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structures including tall buildings, stadia and airports.

With over 11 years of experience spanning civil & structural engineering and management consulting, Tristan brings a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic leadership to deliver impactful outcomes. As a former civil engineer, he has led the design and inspection of diverse infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety.
