Delivering a brand-new $1.3 billion hospital for Queensland’s fastest-growing corridor, the northern Gold Coast.
Project Overview
The $1.3 billion Coomera Hospital is a brand-new facility delivered as part of Australia’s largest health capital program; the Capacity Expansion Program.
Designed to support the rapidly growing northern Gold Coast corridor, the hospital provides a state-of-the-art healthcare environment with strong connectivity and convenient access to world-class medical services close to home.
The facility includes more than 400 beds across key specialties, including medical, surgical, maternity, coronary and intensive care. It will play a critical role in relieving demand on Gold Coast University Hospital, enabling it to continue fulfilling its role within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service network.
