Rob Mackellar is well known in the industry for his strategic thinking, planning and design expertise. As a Non-executive Charman at TTW, Rob leads the company with a passion for engineering excellence and a firm belief in collaborative partnerships with clients. For over three decades, Rob has been intricately involved in a project from concept phase to completion.

Joining TTW in 2010 after working in NZ and the UK, Kevin has demonstrated his leadership ability resulting in his appointments to Associate Director, Technical Director, Director, and Managing Director in 2023. Kevin leads by example in his relationships with clients, architects, builders, and project managers. His extensive project portfolio testifies to his technical ability.

Marten leads the Indonesian office, driving commercial success through open and collaborative relationships with TTW’s clients. He is responsible for expanding the studio’s company folio through public and private opportunities, fostering a passionate workforce and implementing the precedent of TTW’s engineering excellence.

Glen Fowlie has an entrepreneurial spirit that he takes into each project he joins. With over two decades of engineering experience in New Zealand and Australia, Glen plays a critical leadership role at TTW, as Director. His expertise has been sought after by market-leading architects and buildings firms.

Highly accomplished and commercially focused senior finance leader with over 20 years global experience in a range of industries with a strong ambition for growth and change. Ciaran has a passion and history of building and leading strong finance teams, building strong relationships across matrix organisational structures and experience across all aspects of finance.

Atreyu brings a pragmatic approach to his work and is highly sought after by clients for his ability to balance client expectations and uncover sound engineering design solutions. He is well versed across a range of project sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, retail, government and public, education and sports facilities.

With 18 years of experience in management consulting, large-scale program delivery, M&A, and operations, Steve is a passionate and driven leader known for solving complex problems and delivering substantial value. Steve holds an MBA, Bachelor of Business and Certificate IV in Chinese language.

Barry Young has over three decades of global experience as an engineer and industry leader. Barry is well known for his creative vision and pursuit of engineering excellence, which has inevitably led to Barry taking principle lead of a multitude of award-winning projects. He continually embraces innovation and advocates smart building through the exploration of new materials, methodologies and technology.

With over thirty years of experience, Ross has a deep understanding of the construction landscape and is intuitive to changes in clients’ needs and expectations. His commercial and collaborative approach has driven success for the Canberra studio and has developed significant long-standing client relationships.
