We are committed to identifying and nurturing future talent through our internship program. Each year, TTW welcomes penultimate‑year engineering students to complete their compulsory Industrial Training and receive practical experience across design and construction across our engineering disciplines.

Applications open in mid‑February and will remain open until mid‑April. Our selection process begins in April and continues into May, giving candidates the opportunity to meet our team and learn more about life at TTW. Successful applicants will receive offers in June.

University

Graduate

Our graduates gain broad experience working on diverse and challenging projects; from high‑rise commercial towers and university laboratories to environmental initiatives, public art structures, and projects iconic in nature.

Each graduate is paired with a dedicated mentor for their first two years, receiving expert guidance from TTW’s Engineers. By learning directly from experienced engineers and collaborating with architects, project managers, clients, and broader design teams, our graduates develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their careers.

Upon completion of the program, graduates are equipped with the experience and competencies required to pursue Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation.
