The Graduate experience for me is about soaking up as much information about engineering and the industry as possible before you dive into your future role. Thankfully, the depth of knowledge and support provided by the people of TTW has helped me in achieving this goal.

The Graduate Program at TTW is an opportunity to be involved in a number of challenging projects that exposes you to advanced engineering concepts and solutions in multiple facets. The program provides extensive learning and practical experience from a team of quality engineers in a constructive and welcoming environment.

Being a Graduate Engineer at TTW has significantly developed my engineering skills beyond what I learned at university. Working alongside a team of experienced engineers has helped me transition from solving structured problems in class to applying those same principles to real-world challenges and delivering practical design solutions. Seeing those designs come to life on site has been particularly rewarding.

The TTW Graduate Program exposes you to high level technical concepts and precise civil engineering solutions and outputs within a team of experienced engineers. As a graduate there are plenty of opportunities to apply learned theory and develop practical engineering skills as a strong foundation for future career development.

I’d encourage anyone considering an engineering internship, especially university students, to apply to TTW. If you’re genuinely passionate about engineering and looking for a proactive learning environment, TTW is a great place to be

GO FOR IT. TTW is extremely welcoming, accommodating, and gives you opportunities to explore many core disciplines in civil engineering consulting and design. At TTW, doors will open for you if you choose to knock. My internship at TTW has given me experiences that have boosted my confidence in being industry ready, more so than anything university can ever teach.

TTW provides an excellent opportunity to consolidate the knowledge gained at university, develop practical skills, and gain hands-on experience as an engineer. The team is supportive, provides clear guidance, and encourages independent thinking and problem-solving.
