Project Overview

NEXTDC M3 is a hyperscale technology campus on a site of 100,000m2 with four levels, 6 data halls, and back-of-house and loading docks.

Scope of Work

TTW provided peer review services including the design and certification of

  • The main data centre including entrance areas,
  • Precast facades
  • Curtain wall,
  • Louvre systems and penetrations; achieving a significant improvement in cost and buildability to enable the completion of the project.
  • The brick buildings including a café and pumproom area
