Three luxury 40-storey towers, delivering 86,000m² across a 2-hectare site.

Project Overview

The Savyavasa (Wijaya) Apartments development comprises three luxury 40-storey towers above a three-level basement podium, delivering approximately 86,000 m² of total floor area across a 2-hectare site.

Scope of Work

Each tower in the Savyavasa (Wijaya) Apartments development is structurally unique and connected via the podium.

TTW’s scope included:

  • Structural, stormwater, and pavement design
  • Flood studies and the strengthening and enhancement of the public canal along the site boundary.

With extensive landscaping and resident facilities across the site, flood control and odour mitigation were key considerations. TTW provided structural modelling using ETABS, designing diaphragms and collectors to integrate the three towers with the podium and ensure the structures efficiently handle maximum forces. The tower slabs were modelled as semi-rigid diaphragms with tailored stiffness to optimise structural performance.

Finalising

The project was recognised at the 2020 Outstanding Property Awards in London, winning in the interior design category for the Savyavasa three-bedroom show flat, and receiving an honourable mention for the public spaces and amenities. The completed development stands as one of South Jakarta’s most distinguished residential addresses, combining structural complexity with landscape-led design and rigorous civil engineering outcomes.
